Election results 14 total votes – 12 James for Chair, 13 Hannah for Secretary, 13 Matthew for Treasurer, 14 Kate for General Trustee.
AOB: James Geddes dev team working on website and election automation Kate also ask about the number from event why they were so low but this due to year being from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. Suggest for register who members and who not at events and ask about media support on Facebook and other social platforms
Chair report: we been doing ok we did hope open 01 project with space Leamington but it fell through.
Secretarial report: keeping meetings noted and minuted via Jira and Trello, always try to keep comms to email/Jira tickets and be organised as best we can. but has been less able to do these due to baby so Matthew has been helping with admin and events.
Treasurer report: we have £5996.90 in the bank and we been doing ok. We have a mechs store with t shirt and other item for sale Geek Shop Zone Shop | Redbubble. We also have Easyfundraising £142.20.
